Pickled beets and carrots, oh my!

The refrigerator pickle recipe:   http://domesticdreamboat.com/pickled-carrots/   This is the pressure canner we use to can beets and other non water bath canned items.  It was the best value by far and we’ve had a great experience with it!  Thanks Santa!
